The gross superstructure of the apartment building

This bachelor’s work deals with the realization of the rough upper construction of the appartment block. The aim was to elaborate the technological regulations, to specify the mechanization for the set technological phase, the occupational safety, the quality of the implementation and the total duration of the phase of the rough upper construction with respect to the economic point of view. The basis for the development of the project was the partial implementing documentation of the building.

The main construction work is subject to technological solution phase construction of a multipurpose building superstructure in Lanškroun. The study deals with the use different types of structures and economic terms, technological specifications, occupational safety, quality of the implementation and time plan of the building. The basis for the development of the project was the partial implementing documentation of the building.

Bachelor's thesis solves construction progress itself, used technologies and ensuring required conditions for safe and stepless constructing.
